Before contacting our support team, please check the following sources of information, as you may find the answer you are looking for there:
- If you have a question regarding a plugin you purchased, please go over the FAQs inside the plugin’s manual
- Check the FAQs section in the product’s description (FAQs tab) on HappyPlugins.com
- Check our online documentation for the product that you have purchased.The online documentation is always updating and includes many articles regarding settings up and installing your new plugins and even troubleshooting guides that will help you to solve your problem much faster.
- If the plugin doesn’t work correctly, please try to disable other plugins and check if the problem is resolved.
- Make sure you are always using the latest version of the plugin

- The product is not being used for its main purpose or not according to the product manual instructions.
